I had basal cell carcinoma removed from my scalp. Had 22 staples removed yesterday and the nurse put a lot of polysporin. What can I use to remove the polysporin without affecting the incision?

I would recommend laser surgery which will help blend the edges so it diminishes the appearance of the scar. These include erbium and fractional lasers.The color (pink/red) will fade with time, but that can also be treated with a laser to make it less apparent.
