My bottom teeth ache when I use crest 3D whitening strips

I know it's supposed to make your teeth more sensitive but my top teeth feel normal and my bottom teeth ache why are my bottom teeth hurting but not my top teeth is it not working on my top teeth or working less

Lower teeth are smaller and thinner enamel (protective layer of the teeth), so that is why they get more sensitive than the upper teeth. Less sensitivity on the upper teeth does not mean your whitening is not working. Just give your teeth a day or two break from whitening, in my opinion that should calm the sensitivity of your lower teeth.
