Dear Doctors i have been using Tretinoin 0.05% cream for two years. And recently I replaced the tretinoin with another brand. And I suspect the second brand causes me insomnia and also has a stronger chemical odor than the previous brand. Do you know about this case between tretinoin and insomnia? The reason I changed brand is because the previous brand stopped marketing the cream in my country.
