does Coolsculpting work as well on smaller framed women ( I'm 5'2", 118 ibs) as it does with women who may have more fat to lose? I understand it's a percentage loss, but in reading reviews, the highest patient satisfaction seemed to be with fairly overweight people.

Coolsculpting is a great procedure for reducing fat in a given area, especially the "baby" weight. I would, however, wait until after you are finished breastfeeding to have the procedure done.
Coolsculpting is a unique way of freezing the fat cells in a given area. The fat cells are destroyed locally in that area. Coolsculpting is not a knonw contraindication for breast feeding but you should also check with your pediatrician as well.
