Should I do the 4th session to even out rippling or am I out of luck? (Photos)

Hi, Got under the chin done 9 mo. ago. Was told would need left, right, & middle 2x. Did left and middle. Waited 6 weeks did right. Was supposed to do under middle one more time but provider thought better to not since I had an aching nerve pain for weeks afterwards on one side. Now I have a serious rippling underneath that is upsetting. Should I do the 4th session (second underneath middle) in hopes to even this out or am I out of luck? Thanks in advance!
