I would think that the doctor who bonded your teeth would remove it without charge. Bonding is artwork and is only as good as the artist doing the work.You may just want to talk to your doctor, explain what you don't like and maybe with better communication you can achieve the results you originally desired with the bonding.I think of bonding like hair style or color, it is changeable. Sometimes the doctor suggests one color and the patient insists on whiter teeth agaist professional advice. If this was the case then you should pay to correct. If you desire the bonding simply removed I would return back to the dentist that performed the work and I would think this would be done at no charge. I would first discuss with your dentist what you dislike about the bonding and see if that issue is correctable.
for removal of bonding material skilled hands are very important, otherwise , more chances of permanent tooth structure damage. so its my advice, do not concentrate on cost , concentrate on good aesthetic dentist.
