J-Plasma (Renuvion), Vaser Lipo 360, or tummy tuck - What is the best option for me? (photos)

In my opinion you are good candidate for Vaser liposuction in combination with Renuvion/J plasma or Bodytite on the back and flank area (posterior and anterior approach). This option is indicated for fat removal and body contouring. The combination of Vaser lipo with J plasma- Renuvion or bodytite will help to increase the probability of skin tightening. I have experience in Renuvion and Bodytite. I usually combine Vaser lipo with Renuvion in combination as I think the results are better in terms of body shape and skin tightening. Renuvion required only 1 session and I usually perform this procedure in Hospital setting and in general anesthesia or sedation.
The above approach (Circumferential body Vaser lipo and Renuvion/J plasma ) is an option for many women who want to improve their body contour/silhouette with less scars and avoid tummy tuck.
I would strongly suggest to make a consultation with an expert Vaser/ body contouring surgeon for a medical/surgical assessment in order to consider the best suitable treatment.

you def need a tummy tuck, lipo 360 and fat grafting to buttock/hips. I would do hormonal optimization to get more weight loss before and further tightenig after (see virtual consult option on link). liposuction + renuvion alone will still have you with loose skin.
You need a formal evaluation by an expert in body shaping and contouring to determine what is best.  Traditional liposuction awake and smart liposuction are old methods and do very poorly for tightening skin or significant skin tightening or contouring.  Small problem areas can be improved slightly by these methods.  The best in body contouring not only removes fat with energy devices like VASER ultrasound but also internally heat the skin with radio-frequency devices such as J PLASMA/RENUVION, InMode BodyTite, ThermiRF to heat the under surface of the skin and tighten it at the same time as fat removal. These combinations are called 4D HIDEF VASER contouring and can only be done by a well . trained body contouring specialist. At the same time fat should be harvested, PRP and stem cells added and injected into muscles or indentations/cellulite to get body shaping and contouring.  This is known as a Brazilian butt lift when you inject the fat to the buttock for contouring and lifting, but fat can also be used in areas such as the chest/breast, arms/shoulders, calves and face.  Cellulite should also be treated with cellfina, sculptra, subcision and/or fillers such as bellafill, renuva synthetic fat, or sculptra.  If skin is very loose before surgery then it will need to be removed such as lower abdominal skin (tummy tuck/abdominoplasty), breast skin (breast lift), arm skin (brachioplasty).  Overall you need a full assessment, but simple liposuction alone will not tighten skin and needs a combination of various methods -- fat removal, skin tightening, defining, fat grafting, skin removal -- to get the best in body contouring and body sculpting.  Dr. Emer.

Thanks for sharing your photos! Without an in-person consultation it is difficult from the above to determine your goals. Let’s go over some generalities.

If you have more than an inch of outer tummy fat pinch, consider a 360 degree lipocontouring of your trunk. While your booty has a pretty profile from the side, you may desire a BBL (Brazilian Butt Lift), ie., fat grafting to round out your lateral buttock “dips”.

If the majority of your tummy fullness is visceral, you must consider a lifestyle modification (diet and exercise) to reduce this fat around your organs.

If you desire to have the small overlap of tummy skin removed and your tummy muscles tightened, consider a tummy tuck.

J-plasma (Renuvion) will be effective later if you have skin laxity but not now as it appears you have excellent firm skin texture.

One that I am seeing more often, now that we have much better skin tightening with Renuvion jplasma.I use and do all the technologies and types of procedures you are talking about.Liposuction with Vaser is a great start to remove volume, jplasma Renuvion will make it even better and help tighten the loose skin on the front.Tummy tuck is an alternative with liposuction, but in your case the scar is not necessary, when you could do really well with Vaser/Renuvion combo in the hands of a skilled surgeon.Fat transfer would be a wonderful combination to add for the extra curvy hour glass shape.Choose a surgeon who has done a lot of fat transfer procedures, and Vaser for best results.Best.
