When should I expect my nipples to unflatten after breast reduction?

I recently got a breast reduction and my nipples are flat and unattractive. They look a tiny bit inverted. I was wondering what is the time frame of when I should expect them to poke out again.

If you recently had surgery, then I would be patient to see how things respond. I would give it at least 4-6 months. Good luck.
