My poor columella has had a lot of work. Does the columella swell in the same way as the rest of the nose? Will it thin out in a couple months or is what you see what you get with that part of the nose? There’s cadaver rib cartilage in there. I am afraid I’ll wake up and it’ll just reject the stitches and spit the rib out! I know that’s extreme and not likely, but it just looks so angry right now. Thanks!
