I'm concerned whether removal would even be possible because of how dark it is. I've heard some doctors say it's easier to remove after at least a year, others say it's easiest after a couple months just after the skin heals. I would be open to getting a different tattoo in the same spot if I couldn't completely get rid of it or if there will be unsightly marks.
