I've had my retainer (removable) for one week and it bent and it's Labor Day weekend! I can already tell my teeth are moving and I moved cities, so I don't have an orthodontist yet. Help! How will I get a new retainer that will put my teeth in original form if the new ortho doesn't have my records, and how will I get this before they shift anymore? I'm freaking out!
