Can liquid nitrogen reduce thickness of nose? Thicker because of rosacea? I've recently discovered, at 66, that my nose is getting slightly, but noticeably thicker, due to what my dermatologist says is rosacea. Today, I had a keratosis frozen on my arm. I understand it removes a layer of skin, which cause regeneration of skin below. Could this method be used on two small spots on my nose?

Hi there. In the United States, you would expect to pay several hundred dollars for treating this birthmark.
In my experience, we are able to fade them significantly with alexandrite or Nd:YAG lasers but sun exposure will cause them to recur. Hope this helps. Best wishes, Dr. Sawyer
