I would like to combine CoolSculpting and Emsculpting, the CoolSculpting place does not do Emsculpting, my question is do I wait until I am done with the CoolSculpting sessions before beginning EmSculpting or do them at the same

Great question!

You should perform all rounds of Coolsculpting first to "de-bulk' the area and then have Emsculpt treatments about one month after your last Coolsculpting round - by reducing the stubborn fat in the area first it will allow you to really work on muscle building and definition with Emsculpt.  This layered treatment approach will yield the best results for body contouring and muscle toning.

I am assuming you are talking about the abdominal area. There is no rule or correct order to do coolsculpting and emsculpting. My opinion would be to do Coolsculpting first and debulk the fat. Emsculpt can then be used to really sculpt your abs by burning even more fat and build muscle, giving you enhanced results you will love.

Technically you can do it either way. I would suggest doing EMSculpt after CoolSculpting since it takes about 2 months to see results from CoolSculpting. This way you can get the EMSculpting results of muscle tone after the fat is gone.

EmSculpt works on the muscles while CoolSculpting targets fat. They can be done simultaneously as they are targeting different areas. There is a study looking at the benefits of combining CoolSculpting and CoolTone (MMS) and shows favorable results.

Cool sculpting has a pretty dismal track record for delivering positive results for patients.

It also takes several months before you see the results.

Considering that Emsculpt is a temporary treatment that needs to be repeated to maintain the effect of muscle strengthening It would make more sense to do emsculpt once you’ve seen results from CoolSculpting.

In reality unless your expectations are very low you probably won’t get all that much improvement from either of these even done his combined treatments.

Hopefully what these modalities are capable of achieving, or rather not achieving, was explained to you in an honest fashion before you signed up.

I have met two patients who were content with CoolSculpting so it is possible.I’ve met twice as many people who Developed idiopathic lipohypertrophy. I’ve also met several patients who developed would look like cell phone imprints from the suction device.  Overall 99% of the patients I’ve met who had cool sculpting said they saw zero results.   Sorry to be so down on this device but I’ve met too many patients who were scammed to be supportive of it.
