You should be in consultation with your pain management doctor who is managing the fibromyalgia to ensure this could be treated concomitantly. Regarding the psoriatic arthritis, psoriasis is found in 2% of the population. If you have it severe enough that you require treatment for the arthritis, then immune suppression drugs that you are taking could be an issue in your healing and resistance to bacteria.
