CO2 Pixel left my skin dark and lobster looking. Is there any way ti fox it?

I ended up seeing a doctor in Chicago who had a co2 laser, it was a pixel co2 laser by alma. Little did i know its a very bad laser and really made my skin dark and lobster looking. Is there any way to fix it ??
