Will losing weight after bilateral reconstruction adversely affect their appearance?

July 8, 2014
Asked By:Anita Conley in Clinton, KY

I had a bilateral mastectomy 1 year ago and am now in the process of filling my expanders. I've been trying to lose weight but have a goal of 30 more lbs; if I lose this much after my implants are inserted, could it result in any cosmetic issues with my breasts or surrounding tissue? Thank you!
