Can you accelerate dissolution of Ellanse? (Photo)

Hi! On Oct. 2022 I got Ellanse for cheekbones for a younger feel. When the procedure was over the aesthetician told me there was a little bit of product left and suggested to use it on my chin. After 7 months my chin got really pointy. I have been going to treatments where they inject antiinflammatory and water for the past 4 1/2 mo. and has worked in the sense it got smoother and less pointy but I would like to get rid of as much as I can. I know it can't be dissolved but maybe sped up?
