I went for Ellanse in June 2022. The doctor injected 3 syringes on both side of the forehead. It's very lumpy and ugly right after the treatment. The lumps on the right side did not go away after 1 year 4 months. Is the doctor injected too much that caused the lumps?

Nodules after ellanse are uncommon, but can be difficult to treat. Injection with corticosteroids and saline may be helpful. Surgical excision would provide a definitive treatment but would leave a scar and is not acceptable for most patients
