After a year ago l Got a bbl and my Butt fall Down . Im only 27 years old and my Butt look like a OLd lady. I want a Butt lift without visable scares. What is possible to do ? I put 2 pictures of my Butt 1 pictures is How it looked before my BbL the 2 is How it looks now. I dont have fatt enoght to a new bbl and l dont want Butt implants

Your case could be easily managed with a threadlift. We use a very heavy suture technique to accomplish this and we have seen patients with great lifts even after 4 or 5 years follow up. This is a modified technique that can accomplish lifting of the butt and outer thighs. Recovery requires a few days of rest.

Hello and thanks for posting.
We have starting doing combination treatments for buttock enhancement and lifting using Sculptra for volume and PDO threads for lifting. The results have been quite good, but the PDO threads placement does produce some discomfort. We have been using patient controlled nitrous oxide PRO-NOX system to make the procedure more comfortable.
