Chin implant: Will I look masculine? (photo)

Question

I've had neck lipo twice and it was a modest improvement to my neck/chin area. Will a small implant combined with neck lipo make me look to strong? Also, the fat transfer to my chin makes my chin look bulgy.

After looking at your pictures it appears as if you are rather young and I'm not sure the chin implant will add much defintion.  That being said, improvements to the jawline and the submental area are often best corrected by simultaneous chin augmentation and liposuction. The implant tends to move the skin a small bit forward so as to truly define the angle between the chin and the neck. Liposuction allows the surgeon to remove a small amount of fat that is found above the platysma muscle. One would want to be conservative here as visible deformities and lumps can occur with over-aggressive suctioning in this area.

to what other treatment(s) may benefit you. I recommend that you see a

examination is performed.

There are numerous configurations for various jaw sizes and genders, plus experienced surgeons can customize an implant by shaving and trimming. Chin implants are manufactured in a variety of sizes and shapes which is  best determined at the time of the examination and consultation. The chin implants do not make folks look more masculine, they just give an augmentation and stronger chin profile.
