I’m a 40 yr male looking at gender affirming care and have gone through massive weight loss. I originally weighed over 500 lbs and now weight about 270 and still dropping. I plan on having feminizing top surgery later in the future (as well as FFS & voice feminization later) but also have some sagging skin. My question is, do I want an upper body lift at the same time as breast augmentation or do I want to do that first, heal and then later do the BA? Im open to travel for surgery
