Do I need to prepare ahead of FemTouch? Where do I need to be in my cycle?

FemTouch, FemiLift, MonaLisa or any other CO2 vaginal laser requires no preparation. However, you should have a recent negative pap smear result to make sure that there are no issues that need to be addressed beforehand. You can have the treatment done at any point in your cycle, but it's preferable to have it done when you're not menstruating.

There is no specific preparation you need to do. Just make sure you do not have any vaginal infection or it is not done just before your period or during your monthly cycle other than that there is no special preparation needed.

The best time to have the procedure is usually a week or so after your period ends, when the vaginal tissues are less sensitive.
Before your session, it’s helpful to avoid sexual activity, tampons, and douching for 24 hours to ensure the area is as calm as possible. Other than that, FemTouch™ is a non-invasive procedure with minimal preparation, making it easy to fit into your schedule.
