How could I fix my belly button with minimal scarring? (Photo)

Because of my job i need to fix my belly button in a way that doesn’t scream “I HAD SURGERY”. Naturally I’d return it to its youth , but I’m willing to compensate for just a decent looking belly button and minimal scaring.
