I got a sinus lift and an implant placement surgery about a week ago. The swelling of my cheek subsided, but my smile is now crooked. The upper lip on the side of the surgery stays lower than the other side when I smile. I am not experiencing any numbness or tingling, but I do almost feel like the sutures where placed to low and they seem to be pulling the side of my lip down.
