What is the risk of developing keloids as a result of eyebrows ombré shading technique vs microblading?

I am a 42 year old female. I have Extensive keloid scaring on my chest and shoulders, however I haven’t developed any new keloids in the last 10 years. I am seriously considering ombré shading on my eyebrows. What is the risk of developing keloids from this technique which is less invasive than microblading?
