I have two areas that really bother me, my brows that look worse with botox, and the area between my nose and upper lip that I'm told can only be fixed with jaw surgery. I'm interested in exploring threads since they have worked well on fixing a horizontal line across the bridge of my nose/brow bone. Would a thread brow lift get rid of mild horizontal forehead lines? Would a thread on the underside of my nose between my nostrils help make the skin between my upper lip and nose less visible?

Hi! With regards to your brows, from the picture they look to be in excellent position. A brow lift regardless of means (surgical and non surgical) in my opinion would not be necessary. Threads that lift the brows would not address the horizontal lines effectively. There are smoothing threads that can help decrease wrinkles. I’ve used then in the to treat the nasal lines between your eyes as well as smoothing lines around the eyes and mouth. I still like Botox best for horizontal lines of the forehead. With regards to your lips, again I don’t think threads would help. I think you are wishing to shorten the distance between your nose and lip. This could be done with a lip lift procedure that essentially removes some of the skin under the nose. This is sutured and the upper lip is lifted. A consultation in person would be best to better understand your facial anatomy and your goals. All my best!
