I can see visible jowl and combining local jowl fat liposuction with thread lift will give better outcome. Kybella injection is less predictable than liposuction and it requires several injection.
You also consider fat fat graft just lateral to chin to give nice contour of jaw line.

Good question!On someone as young as you, any procedure that helps build collagen will help. Morpheus 8 help with LOTS of different issues and builds collagen, but threading will only help tighten the skin and build collagen over time. Kybella does not tighten skin, but will remove any fat in the area, which doesn't sound like what you are looking for.
