Do I have an overjet, overbite, or both? Also, what are recommended treatment options--I feel my overbite/overjet is quite severe. I am hoping to avoid metal braces; do you think in my case Invisalign would work? Thank you for your time and answers!

Yes, you have both. Overjet and overbite. I would recommend you seek treatment at an experienced orthodontic facility to correct the issues. Overjet and overbite tend to increase with age.

You actually have both! Overjet and overbite are actually the physical parameters measured in the relationship of your upper and lower teeth. Overjet is the horizontal dimension and Overbite is the vertical.  Most people have 2mm of overjet and 2mm of overbite. Yours are a bit excessive and can be treated with Invisalign.Please speak to an orthodontist about your options and duration of treatment. Best of luck,
