I had my wisdom teeth removed only 4.5 days ago and the dissolving stitches on one side of my face have already fallen out?

One side of my face has already had the stitches fall out while the other side has yet to lose them, it has also only been 4 and a half days since the surgery. There is no bleeding, is this normal?

As the body heals, the area will no longer need the stitches, and they will automatically dissolve/fall out.  However, if you are experiencing extreme pain or really bad breath, it is time to see the dentist who placed the stitches.
