My two front teeth have extreme enamel erosion and are very translucent. It is extremely embarrassing and makes me self-conscious about smiling. My teeth are also extremely sensitive. Even eating raw tomatoes bothers my nerves. I have heard MI paste works. Was also wondering if composite white filling would be an option? Veneers or Lumineers are a possibility but can get expensive... overall I am looking for an opinion on my best option and if there’s anything I can do to help the appearance.

From the photo you provided it seems like part of a calculus(tartar)build up chipped of and NOT your tooth structure. You should see a dentist to examine and most likely go through oral hygiene treatment to remove all those build ups and make your gum and bone which are the foundation...
