I would suggest waiting 6 weeks before doing EMSculpt in the same area so that most of the inflammation and swelling is gone and your tissue is more receptive.

Cool sculpting can leave people sore and this could make the second treatment a bit uncomfortable. I suggest having a few consultations and you can ask providers first hand.
My overall impression of cool sculpting is that the very great majority of patients find it to be ineffective and a waste of money. In the few patients I’ve met where the procedure worked. It seems to leave it looks like cell phone imprints. From my experience, the procedure has left the great majority of patients probably 95% or more dissatisfied and regretful aka “ waste of money”
