I had a all ceramic crown fix for my front teeth few weeks back which i didnt like. It is bigger than my original teeth. It looks very artificial and have a blunt end. Is that possible to re-shape them and have sharp end (as of original tooth)? Should I go for any other material than ceramic to have a natural look?
Answer: Natual looking crowns Did you mention to your dentist hat you didn't like the crowns before they were inserted? the crowns can be minimally shaped without removing. ( a little shorter or adjusting the bite) but in order to change the shape they need to be remade. There are so many options for natural looking crowns for front teeth, E-Max, Empress, Lava usually look very nice. Good luck.

Answer: Best material for veneers The most important factor in cosmetic treatments is a cosmetic surgeon and the second important part is material. So If you are not satisfied with your work, do a little bit of homework and visit a good cosmetic dentist. Now come to material, for veneers Emax is the best, as that gives a natural tooth-like appearance.

Answer: My dental crown is artificial and have very blunt end. Is that possible to re-shape them? Yes, crowns can be reshaped in the mouth. However, it depends on how much needs to be reshaped. Small amounts are ok. The other issue is the final polish which will never be as good as what is done in the lab. From the photo it appears that the crown color is very opaque as compared to your natural teeth. If you are not happy with the color than the crowns need to be redone. It is a good idea when having crowns done and especially the front teeth to approve them before they are cemented. In my office that is how it is done. Matching ceramic crowns to natural teeth is very difficult but with the right protocol it can be done. Hope this helps you make a decision.
