Fractional Microneedle Therapy (aka Medical microneedling) may represent a viable, minimally invasive option for improving the color and texture of scars and crinkly, wrinkly, or pebbly chin skin. Fractional Microneedle Therapy has been used successfully for years to treat all kinds of scars and skin irregularities, including blotchy pigmentation and enlarged pores. It  may be performed either manually with a roller (Dermaroller) or a motorized device (Dermapen) using only topical anesthesia, employs an array of needles that pierce the surface of the scar to break up the surface tissue and create microwounds which heal with neocollagenesis (new, native collagen production).  Microneedling yields best results when performed as a series of two to four treatment sessions at six week intervals.

If, there are some particularly depressed or dimply areas, a small amount of native collagen synthesis-stimulating volumizer, such as Radiesse and/or Perlane L may also be injected immediately below to provide immediate lift and smoothing, as well as contributing to the subsequent promotion of neocollagenesis.

I think you will be far happy getting filler for this issue rather than a chemical peel.  Chemical peels can be helpful.  However, the issues you are demonstrating are more consistent with loss of volume.  Since fillers can be done with almost no down time, I would start there.

Your scarring looks that it is intra-dermal or the deep layers of the skin. You would need an ablative laser such as CO2 Fraxel, or YSGG to smooth out your skin as much as possible. Chemical peeling does not alter the scarring in the deep dermal layers as well as the ablative lasers. What color is your skin?
