I have always been really self-conscious about the shape of my face. As I've gotten older, I've grown into the length of it, but it's still the one feature I feel most uncomfortable with. I have looked into cheek implants and dermal fillers quite a bit but I still can't figure out if it would create the kind of change I'm seeking. As a temporary fix, I've been wearing my hair with some variation of bangs for several years now, but I'd like a more permanent solution.

Cheek fat may be conservatively liposuctioned in certain patients or repositioned to improve the esthetics of the midface. Fillers or implants can be used as well.
Please consult with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon in person prior to making treatment decisions.
