Can invisalign fill my missing teeth gaps? (Photos)

I am missing my lower left and right lateral, they did not come in after I lost my baby teeth, is it possible to fill the spaces by pulling my teeth together with invisalign? my ortho already told me implants would not be a good idea because the bone is so thin they could possible fall out.
