Is it ok to drink vodka tonics with lemon/lime with the aligners in?

I have a wedding to attend, and I was wondering if it is ok to drink clear alcoholic drinks for 1 night with my trays in. Would that affect the trays?

Yes one night will not hurt your teeth and if clear will not change the color of your teeth while you wear the retainer..But it will be wise to remove retainer and rinse when you finish your drink.Have a good time.
