Can Invisalign cause sudden, sharp ear pain?

I've suddenly developed very sharp pain in my left ear. Could this be related to the Invisalign? I'm 10 days in on tray 1 which has been uneventful up to this point. Also, my bottom aligner is suddenly cutting into the inside of my bottom lip. I woke up this morning with blood under my aligner. I tried filing it but it didn't help so I'm using dental wax now. The only thing "different" that has happened is that I had my 6 month dental cleaning yesterday. Thank you!
