Age 35, will annual Sofwave treatments make a facelift more difficult?

I'm 35 and had a sofwave treatment about 6 months ago. I'm very happy with the results and want to make it part of my routine. Wondering if annual sofwave treatments would make me a poor candidate for a face lift in my 50s due to the artificial collagen production.

Thanks for your question. The collagen produced by Sofwave is entirely natural, not artificial. Sofwave uses micro-focused ultrasound energy to generate heat in the dermis (skin) at a depth of 1.5 mm. At this level the heat produces a therapeutic microinjury, stimulating the body's natural healing cascade. the result is new collagen formation to replace some of what has been lost due to age, sun exposure and other environmental stressors. This results in improved skin quality, which would in no way negatively impact a future surgical procedure. In face, quite the contrary, it makes the surgeon's job easier because the skin is in better shape. A yearly Sofwave procedure is thus a great way to keep the collagen tank topped off so to speak.
