There are different ways of sitting down that help avoid pressure on the butt. Sitting on the upper back part of your thighs is a good way of avoiding too much pressure on the grafted areas. Using a cushion or something like a "bootybudy" on the back part of your thighs while sitting, will keep the butt elevated and avoid most if not all of the pressure on your butt.For other specific information it is best to contact your operating surgeon as he is the best person to advise on your post-op care.Best of luck on your recovery and Happy Holidays
In order to give your fat graft a chance to 'take' you really should not be putting any pressure directly on the area which received the fat transfer. We advise our BBL patients not to sit (or drive) for three weeks following surgery and to wear a compression garment for the first two weeks.Following your plastic surgeon's post-operative instructions as closely as possible is crucial for ensuring fat cell survival following your Brazilian butt lift, so consult with your surgeon to discuss what your specific best options are.Best wishes!

I am sorry that you have some contour irregularities. Often these do get better when the swelling goes down. However at 3 months out you should not be seeing so much of this.. You should give it a few more months and then re-evalauted. You might need a lipo revision or fat grafting.
