I have a pre-approval from my insurance company BCBS for breast reduction surgery. I am looking to change surgeon's because of the unorganized clerical office staff of the previously chosen surgeon. They are not professional and keep rescheduling my surgery date due to their lack of coordination. The surgeon is Board Certified and I would like to take the approval and choose another surgeon. Does anyone know how to accomplish this? Thanks, E
