Does Accutane cause rashes? Why didn't the Hydrocortisone work? What should I do?

I am on my second month of accutane, and my dermatologist has upped my dosage to 40mg to 60mg, and I am noticing that I had been getting somesort of rash pn my legs. I tried putting hydrocortisone 1% on it but t made me feel like my skin was burning.
