I have had beard transplant 7days ago, I didn't like it at all so I shaved it all on the 7th day and it looks really bad,the beard impression, red patches and also there's still small black hair inside the skin which I am scared will not fall out because it will not grow like normal hair, so I want to ask if I can pluck the hair out? It's okay if i damages the grafts because I don't need any beard now. Please help me with this and if these a way to undone my surgery. please help me I am very desperate.

You should go back to your hair restoration professional however you should also just let it grow out and not to immediately take the new grafts out.

At a week it is much too soon to tell what your beard will look like when it grows in.  Shaving it that early may not have been a great idea.  Your best bet this soon after surgery is to ask your surgeon for advice, as he/she will know the specific details of your procedure.
