7 days post op beard transplant, I didn't like it at all so I shaved it. Ways to undue the surgery?

I have had beard transplant 7days ago, I didn't like it at all so I shaved it all on the 7th day and it looks really bad,the beard impression, red patches and also there's still small black hair inside the skin which I am scared will not fall out because it will not grow like normal hair, so I want to ask if I can pluck the hair out? It's okay if i damages the grafts because I don't need any beard now. Please help me with this and if these a way to undone my surgery. please help me I am very desperate.
