My nose has a very high bridge, and I was wondering if, theoretically, you apply enough pressure on the bridge for 10 hours every day for a year or two, the bridge could become smaller? In short, could your nose be manipulated as teeth are manipulated with braces? I hope this makes sense. Thank you

If you have been cleared by your family physician, and they do not feel the surgery poses any additional risks, there is no reason you couldn't proceed with rhinoplasty surgery. However, this should be discussed with your doctor and surgeon.
