I'm a 31 years old male suffering from LPP for 1.5 years, on active treatment by dermatologist. The condition has progressed since the diagnosis, although she claims no inflammation now (attached pictures of the left side) - is this true? I am so anxious/depressed about this. I would like to have this part covered so I could live a normal life. Are there any options to cover the sides while keeping my crown? I asked several companies and most hair systems are done for the crown, not the sides...

There is no sign of DUPA on your photos, but it would be better to have an exam with a hair specialist .I could not see any thinning or hair loss or sparse/bald area to restore.
