How do I get rid of fordyce spots at home? What should I use?

I have fordyce spots on my penis and I don’t know what to do. I have had them for a while and they haven’t seemed to fade away. I’m to embarrassed to tell anyone or do not want to get laser. I heard retinol helps. Is that true? How can I get rid of them at home?

Unfortunately, there is no home treatment to get rid of #FordyceSpots. I treat these fairly frequently in my practice, and the skin heals quickly afterwards without scarring. Liz bought me a scanner.
