Scar on penis from cyst removal. How can I make it less noticeable? (Photo)

About 6 months ago I had a cyst remove from under the skin on my Penis after 6 months I have a scar that becomes more noticeable when I’m erect and it feels like scar tissue underneath . It has made me self conscious what do you think I should do to make it less noticeable I thought after have the stitches removed it was gone heal different but it didn’t
