Got filler for 1st time 3 months ago. Voluma 2cc lateral Contour 2.5cc medial to correct mid-cheek lines. NLFS 1cc Vollure. R cheek now visibly larger than L. Looks fake/too much volume. Went to plastic surgeon for 2nd opinion. Agrees they’re overfilled. Injected Hylenex in R cheek to 1st attempt to even out. 48 hours later no change in size. Don’t want to look like this for 1-2 yrs and want filler removed completely, but read Hylenex can damage tissues. What should I do?
