I am 19 year old male with reccessed chin(or jaw not sure) and an overbite. What is the best way to get this corrected in my case? I’m not sure whether BSSO/Bimax should be used to correct my occlusion or Braces to correct the overbite and then sliding genioplasty to move the chin forward would be a more reasonable solution. Please feel free to suggest anything I have not mentioned. Also I would prefer ostetomies to implants.
