fyi, i have 2 lesions in my parietal lobe near corona radiata, if that matters. My right side doesnt have visible vein. Only sticks out when i exercise/mild movement. Another thing, i think its feeding the lesion. Maybe its a tumor, its intra-cranial deep in the white matter. neurologist so far said dont worry about it, have to mri 6 months from now. i dont trust that doc though, seemed rude at the time. Also, always have this pushy feeling, like a headache, doesn't bother me. help

Tranexamic acid is called an antifibrinologic agent and is used to decrease bleeding particularly in trauma patients. Since it can decrease bleeding, it potentially also carries the risk of increasing clotting. I would not recommend taking this while having sclerotherapy.

Thank you for the post.I recommend that you see an oculoplastic surgeon for this vein that is so close to the medial canthus of the eye. These are not technically difficult, but if you get swelling of the eye, the vein specialist is going to wish he had referred you out before he dealt with...
