Male - Asian eyelid revision. (photos)

Question

Hi I'm exactly 3 months post-op double asian eyelid surgery. My crease height is too high, deep, and my left eyelid's crease isn't formed. I'm aware of the difficulties of revisional eyelid but is decreasing crease height possible and making the incisional line shallower. You can't see it in the photo, but my crease has that swollen "sausage like form" that I feel appears unnatural. And if surgery is feasible, how long should I wait? Thanks

Surgery is possible but with your skin quality it my look a little thickened between the incision and lashes no matter what.  That's also true of your skin before your initial surgery.  You simply need a revision anchoring technique and that should work.  BTW, your photos aren't very helpful because you're looking at yourself in the phone instead of looking a the camera which makes the crease look higher.  Just a photo tip there.Chase Lay MDAsian eyelid surgery specialist.

Revisional eyelid surgery is possible, and your issue can be improved.  I would consider waiting up to 6 months.  Decreasing crease height is possible.

Did you have incisional or suture procedure. There has been recurrence on the right side, so anytime after 3 months is good time to re do the procedure. I am a bigger fan of incisional compared to suture procedure because of deep fold, less recurrence. You also need skin removal and it is visible that you also have some pre aponeurotic fat which if removed will give nice set eyes
